VCD Builder is for creating VCD and SVCD disc images from pictures and MPEG movies. The disc images can then be burned onto a CD-R using Toast.
VCD Builder automatically converts your pictures to a VCD compatible format. It does however not convert your QuickTime movies to MPEG; you have to use another program for that.
The source code for the program is also available free of charge.

Version 1.1.3 includes fixes for better compatibility with Toast 6 Titanium, better size estimation when including movies in the project, an option for forcing the software to use the VCD format even when including SVCD movies on the disc.
